Geissele Super Duty Mod 1 Rifle – 16″ 5.56 Black

The Geissele Super Duty Mod 1 Rifle 16″ 5.56 builds on the proven Super Duty platform. As a result, it delivers improved reliability, accuracy, and overall performance.

At its core sits a 16″ cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7 twist rate. Geissele also high-pressure tests (HPT) and magnetic particle inspects (MPI) every barrel. Because of this process, shooters get strength, durability, and long service life.

Up front, the rifle features a Nanoweapon-coated HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD. This muzzle device supports HUXWRX suppressors.

Meanwhile, the Geissele length gas system works with the Super Compact Gas Block. Together, they help maintain smooth and reliable cycling during demanding use.

Precision and Control

For improved accuracy, Geissele installs the SSA-E X trigger with Lightning Bow. This nanocoated two-stage trigger delivers a crisp break and excellent control.

As a result, shooters experience better precision and consistency.

Reliability and Durability

At the center of the rifle sits the Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. It features a Nanoweapon-coated carrier, chrome-lined gas key, and H13 tool steel cam pin.

In addition, the rifle uses the Geissele Stressproof Bolt. Each bolt undergoes HPT and MPI testing to ensure dependable performance.

The Super Duty lower receiver uses 7075-T6 aluminum for strength and durability. It also includes Geissele’s Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit with an ambidextrous safety and precision trigger guard.

Rail and Controls

To complete the rifle, Geissele installs a 15″ MK16 Super Modular Rail. The rail uses a center-aligning tab system, which prevents rail rotation and improves stability.

Finally, the Airborne Charging Handle ensures smooth and reliable operation.
