Course Overview:

The NRA Range Safety Officer Course, conducted by MJ’s Tactical Solutions, is an 8-hour classroom-based program that prepares participants to manage safe shooting environments.

Developed in response to the demand for a nationally recognized certification, this course focuses on the critical responsibilities of an RSO, ensuring safety at all times. No firearms or ammunition are allowed in the classroom, making this a non-shooting course suitable for a wide range of participants.

Each Range Safety Officer Candidate will receive an RSO Student Study Guide, a Basic Firearm Training Program brochure, an NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure and a Course Evaluation form

• Roles and Responsibilities of an RSO: Understand the duties involved in overseeing safe range operations.
